General Terms and Conditions
Minimum age is 18 year for the primary guest to be able to check into the hotel. It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter ID Card, and Passport. Without an Original copy of valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check-in. PAN card is not accepted as a valid ID card. 1 child up to 5 year stay is complementary while sharing the existing bed /No extra bed. Meal charges shall be applicable for the child. Extra mattress will be provided for extra adult / child bookings. Pets are not allowed. Right of admission is reserved by the hotel in case any behavior or action by a guest is deemed inappropriate by the hotel. The hotel reserves the right, after the allegations have been investigated, to take action against the guest as well. Check in can be denied to guests posing as a couple or residing in the same city. “Fairlink Hotels” will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the Hotel due to the aforesaid reason. Room booking amount does not include charges for other services and facilities i.e. room service, mini bar, snacks, laundry, mineral water, or telephone calls etc). Hotels reserve the right to alter the aforementioned policies without any prior notification. Certain destinations may have different policies for specific period during the year. Guests shall be liable for any damage, except normal wear and tear to Hotel assets. Guests shall keep the Hotel room in a good condition and maintain hygiene and cleanliness. Guests may be contacted closer to their check-in date to confirm the arrival status / arrival time/ for advance payment through calls or messages. In case, we do not receive a response from the guest after multiple attempts, the booking may be put on hold or cancelled. Fairlink Hotels will try to reinstate guest booking when we get back response later on as per availability & applicable rates. Fairlink Hotels reserves its right to charge “Booking Fee” and guests have no objection to any such charges.

·Standard Check in / out time is 12 noon however early check can be provided as per availability & additional charges may be applicable.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
All Fairlink Hotels are owned and operated by individual partners. Once a booking is done /confirmed, Fairlink Hotels do not hold any liability for any occurrence of any mishap on these properties causing any material/ human damage. You understand and agree that FairlinkHotels shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses , resulting from or relating to the Platform. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein or elsewhere, FairlinkHotels liability for any user’s claim which may arise out of availing FairlinkHotels services through browsing FairlinkHotel’s website / portal or elsewhere shall be limited up to the amount paid by the booker / guest at the time of making his/ her booking for availing the products and services giving rise to such claim.
All claims/complaints arising from or pertaining to the use of FairlinkHotels Services shall be promptly reported to Fairlink Hotels maximum within 48 hours of the consumption of such Services. Any claim or complaint that is submitted/reported later on may be rejected.
