Modern day conferences are tried and tested tools to communicate your message effectively to your employees and stakeholders. Fairlink excels in offering conference management services falling within your budget. We manage your events beyond the traditional overhead projectors and sleepy listeners. We create interest and indulgence in the listeners by using exotic venues, crispy presentations, delicious food and a mini-holiday. We work closely with you at every step of managing such a conference

Guest registration and accommodation We set up small kiosks as a temporary registration facility for your guests, speakers and media persons. Here they are given a warm welcome and directed towards the conference hall or their rooms (as per the schedule). Signage for directions Proper directions and signs are placed for the guests to locate the hall, rooms, washrooms and other areas. Lunch and tea breaks During the conference, we provide one lunch break and two tea breaks (with light snacks) for the guests. Audio-visual setup Our professional team makes sure of the proper functioning of the audio and visual devices before and during the conference. A professional photographer records the complete event.

The guests are entertained with sight-seeing tours in and around the area. Dinners are arranged for them in addition to pool side parties and open air lunches in their extra day or free time.
